It’s late Autumn in the Mid-Atlantic area of the U.S.A., therefore we are inside the house and focused on health and wellness! What does that mean? To get our 30 minutes of exercise, we visited Black Hill Regional Park/Seneca Lake on a blustery Fall day. It was chilly, windy, and late in the afternoon. We had fun looking at the sun set over the lake and walking the path around Seneca Lake. A bonus — it was FREE!
