Let your 5 senses experience nature by doing the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Use your sense of hearing to listen to the birds chirp.<\/li>\n
  2. Use your sense of taste to eat organic fruits, nuts, and seeds. If you are growing vegetables in your garden or have fruit trees, eat the vegetables and fruits from your garden. Home grown vegetables and fruits have a more flavorful taste than commercially-produced vegetables and fruits. A side benefit is improved physical health.<\/li>\n
  3. Use your sense of feel to touch the plants and shrubs and trees. Succulent plants, like Sedum<\/a>, are especially gratifying to touch.<\/li>\n
