#Mystery #Shrub? Anyone know? #flowers

A good friend of ours is renovating a home in North Carolina. He noticed some shrubs that he really likes. They bloom light pink and magenta flowers all Spring long! He is not sure of the name of the shrub and he asked for our help. We think they look like a cross between Azaleas and Spirea.
