In early Spring, when we visit the plant nurseries, we usually have a color scheme in mind. This year, the color scheme was pink and salmon. We purchased various shades of pink begonias and salmon geraniums. Begonias are very easy to grow and maintain. The flowers drop off by themselves, so it isn’t necessary to prune. Deck Garden videos show our pink begonias and salmon geraniums, which made a wonderful combination this year! Begonias are a good choice for beginner gardeners because they are very easy to grow and maintain!

The following video shows the light pink begonias planted in a container. The secret to huge blooms is planting more than one begonia per pot. In the super large pot on the deck, we planted 4 begonias. In the medium-sized container, we planted 2 begonias.
